Die App ist sehr praktisch.Sehr Übersichtlich gestaltet, die suche verläuft sehr schnell. Alle wichtigen Informationen zum hotel, Lage und Zahlungsart sind vorhanden, toll finde ich auch die Einbindung des Routenplaner.Der Menüpunkt "HRS Deals" eignet sich hervorragend für spontane Reisen, leider ist die Währung in GBP auch wenn man es unter Einstellungen auf eine andere umändert.

Poor communication between HRS and booking hotels. They call me from the hotel to inform about not being paid. I paid the total amount by HRS 2 months in advance. Till the end all was solved but intl calls, discussion with manager, anger at the front desk because after the calls they ask for credit card to be paid again and so on. HRS need better internal support and communication with hotels.

Diese App ist hilfreich wenn man schnell und bequem ein Hotelzimmer an einem bestimmten Ort sucht. Durch die detailliert einstellbare Suchfunktion sind die in Frage kommenden Hotels schnell gefunden. Die nötigen Informationen sind gut und übersichtlich dargestellt. Bewertungen der Hotels durch andere Nutzer machen die Entscheidung leichter.

HRS Website has a filter to only show hotels where internet access in room is included in room rate. Given the outrageous surcharges which still exist, this filter is very important for me. It is not supported by the app.
